Ana Sasmiresan

 Ana Sasmiresan is a Romanian-born leader who now serves as the Vice President for Randstad’s Operational Talent Solutions across North & South Florida. With a background in Foreign Language Arts and Political Science, Ana is passionate about leadership, personal growth, and community impact.

She is the Founder of Transformation Through Conversations and host of THE VALUES ROOM podcast, where she engages thought leaders on values-based leadership. Ana also launched We All Have A Diamond Inside, a jewelry line that inspires women to embrace their potential, and leads LIVE2LEAD Pompano Beach, a leadership conference powered by Maxwell Leadership.

A multilingual speaker and 2023 Apogee Award Honoree, Ana actively serves on several boards and community initiatives that support workforce development, youth, and neurodiverse individuals. She lives in Pompano Beach with her partner and pets, guided by the belief: "Be of good courage, and He shall strengthen your heart."
